We then systematically review each asset, liability and financial resource, and assess whether the disclosure is sufficient. At the end of the process, we provide our clients with both a snapshot of the marital assets, liabilities and financial resources and also the detailed supporting information which can be used by the Court.

When we review documents as part of a property settlement engagement we also are mindful that we may find other assets or liabilities during the document review that were previously unknown.
